Reservation
When arranging your taxi transfer ride, it’s important to allow sufficient time, factoring in airline check-in processes and possible traffic congestion. Lux Transfer Crete highlights the necessity of effective time management to guarantee a hassle-free and timely trip. We cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by inadequate time planning or passengers being unready for pick-up at the agreed-upon moment. Your attention to adhering to scheduled collection times is greatly appreciated as we aim to deliver prompt and dependable transportation solutions.
Selecting a vehicle that can comfortably fit both passengers and their luggage is your obligation. Lux Trans Crete cannot assure transport for oversized baggage. Please remember, every child, irrespective of age, counts as one passenger. If you require wheelchair access, kindly mention this need when you book your taxi. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and smooth travel experience.
Prices & Payment Information
By placing an order at Lux Trans, Please note that the agreed-upon rate between the customer and the company for the specified service does not cover any fines or additional charges that may arise. The quote is subject to change if there are significant modifications to the original itinerary, changes in the number of passengers, or alterations in the required vehicle type or size.
Your chosen meeting time complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time. While Lux Transfer Crete will make every effort to track flight delays prior to the driver’s departure to the airport, the company assumes no responsibility for any adjustments or obligations related to such delays.
Once you make an advance payment, you will receive an email confirming your booking. It is crucial to review this confirmation carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies. Any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer will be the customer’s sole responsibility.
Payment options include credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payments are to be made directly to the driver at the conclusion of each transfer unless prior arrangements for payment are requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Service Guidelines
Passenger Behavior: Passengers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle. A €80 cleaning fee will apply for any soiling.
Prohibited Activities: drinking alcohol, and smoking in the vehicle are not allowed.
Child Safety: Children must be properly restrained according to their age, weight, and height. Parents should provide appropriate child seats or order the appropriate child seats on our website.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notification: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellation fees may apply if the vehicle has already dispatched.
Dispatched Times:
Airport bookings: dispatched up to 5 hours before arrival and 8 hours before departure.
Local journeys: dispatched up to 2 hours before scheduled time.
Confirmation of Cancellation: If you don't receive email confirmation, please call +30 6940160266 to ensure your cancellation was received.
Non-Show Policy
Definition: A "non-show" occurs if the customer isn't present at the designated location at the scheduled time.
Charges: Full transfer cost will be charged for a non-show. If only partial payment has been made, the remaining balance will be charged. If no payment has been made, the driver will report the non-show to the tourist police.
Address Accuracy: Providing an incorrect address or not providing one will result in the enforcement of the non-show policy. Customers must ensure their pickup address is accessible to the vehicle.

Liability
Lux Trans will make every effort to ensure your timely arrival at your destination; however, it will not be responsible for any losses resulting from delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control. Lux Transfer shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for loss of profits, business interruptions, or any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances.
We reserves the right to cancel services and issue refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather, terrorist attacks, or any other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of a breakdown during your journey, Taxi Crete Giannis will strive to arrange an alternative vehicle promptly to continue the journey.
You agree to indemnify us against any losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from the actions or omissions of any passenger in your group. Neither party limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, willful misconduct, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any cases where such a limitation is deemed unenforceable by applicable law.
Termination
Lux Trans reserves the right to deny or terminate any booking that poses a threat of harm, violence, or abuse to any driver or vehicle, whether perpetrated by you or any passenger in your group. In such cases, all passengers must disembark the vehicle at the earliest safe opportunity. No refunds will be issued if the journey is terminated early.
Miscellaneous
Lux Trans Crete may subcontract its obligations under this Agreement. However, you are not permitted to assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or responsibilities under this Agreement.
Lux Trans is entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting updates online. It is advisable to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any modifications. All existing bookings will be honored at the quoted rate or the applicable rate at the time of booking.
Lux Trans will manage and process all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
This Agreement, along with any accompanying quotation, represents the complete understanding between you and Lux Trans concerning its subject matter. In case of any inconsistencies between this Agreement and the quotation, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
No clause within this Agreement is intended to grant benefits to third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise. No third party shall possess the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
