By booking a transfer or tour with E-Transfer Rhodes, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp. Please double-check that all details are accurate (date, time, number of passengers, location).
2. Payment
Payment is made directly to the driver in cash unless otherwise agreed in advance. You can pay Online via your credit card by Viva Wallet payment method.
3. Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
4. Delays & Flight Monitoring
For airport pick-ups, we monitor flight arrivals to accommodate delays. Please inform us immediately if there are changes to your schedule.
5. Child Safety
We provide up to 2 child seats free of charge upon request. Each additional child seat costs €5. It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any special seating needs.
6. Luggage
Please inform us if you are carrying extra or oversized luggage, strollers, or sports equipment so we can assign the proper vehicle.
7. Responsibility & Liability
E-Transfer Rhodes is not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, strikes). However, we always do our best to offer alternative solutions.
8. Tours & Experiences
For private tours, the final itinerary and price are agreed upon in advance. Tour prices do not include entrance fees, meals, or personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
