By signing up, you and your traveling companions are agreeing to be bound by our Terms & Conditions/ Transfer & Tour Policies/ Responsibilities listed below. It is the lead participant’s responsibility to share these terms & conditions with their traveling companions. Malandris Travel is not responsible for failure to read the terms & conditions and to share this information. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions you should contact us before making a booking.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
1. All reservations requests submitted by the User (client) through the website’s online booking system will be confirmed via a confirmation email sent by our website, in order to be considered “Accepted”. The User will receive confirmation email within 12 hours following the reservation request.
2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the details (contact details and transfer details) that he/she provides through the online booking system. It is his/her responsibility to correctly fill in the Reservation Form and check the accuracy of the details of the booking confirmation email.
3. The reservation function offered by Malandris Travel is provided free of charge.
PRICES
1. VAT and all applicable taxes are included. No hidden costs or extra charges.
2. Prices quoted for all Transfers and Excursions are in Euro.
3. Tour prices do not include food or drinks, entrance fees to archaeological sites, or any additional services unless explicitly specified in the description.
PAYMENT
1. The User (client) can pay in cash to the driver, or prepay by credit card.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION
1. The User (client) can change or cancel the reservation up to 24 hours prior to the transfer service. Cancellations and Changes in time are free of charge. Please note that a10€ deposit is not refundable due to transaction charges.
2. Malandris Travel cannot be held responsible for various unexpected events (Force majeure) that might take place before or during the transfer.
3. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the User (client) has selected a destination with a price that does not match the actual hotel location or address. Please double check hotel location.
4. Unless specified otherwise, all tours/excursions begin in Rhodes town.
5. There are not extra charges in case your flight arrives with delay. We monitor all flights and one of our drivers will meet you at the arrivals exit after you collect your luggage.
VOUCHER
After payment confirmation you will receive your voucher via email. You must show your voucher to the driver before your transfer.
BAGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed one piece of standard sized luggage (23kg) plus one carry-on bag. Kitesurfing equipment cannot be transferred by our vehicles.
LOST ITEMS
Malandris Travel is not responsible for any items left on the vehicles or at any of the stops on tour.
CHANGES TO ITINERARIES
While no changes are anticipated, there may be occasions when certain alterations become necessary. These can be due to religious holidays, national celebrations, or unforeseen events including weather, governmental closures, acts of God, or any other reason. Malandris Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary due to such unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE
When traveling with Malandris Travel, travelers agree to assume the risk of naturally occurring diseases and viruses including, but not limited to, COVID-19 and understand that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of participating in the tour. Travelers release, indemnify, and hold harmless Malandris Travel, its officers, agents, and/or employees, suppliers, and other participants from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death or any loss due to exposure, infection, or spread of diseases or viruses including, but not limited to, COVID-19. The safety of our employees, suppliers, & travelers remains our overriding priority. We ask that you do not travel if you are experiencing any symptoms of illnesses at the time.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal data for the purpose of providing our travel services and for other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include but is not limited to your name, contact information, payment details, and other information necessary to facilitate your booking and travel experience. Please note that your consent to the processing of personal data is required to use our services.
