Client : The client is the person who makes the booking and takes responsibility for all other passengers in his/her party.
Airport Transfers : Transport provided to clients travelling to/from travel center such as Airport.
Resort-Link Transfers : Transport provided to clients travelling to/from resorts or local towns/train stations to/from other resorts or local towns.
1. All booking requests submitted by the User through the site's online booking system will be confirmed by a confirmation email sent by the site to be considered "Acceptable". Reasonable efforts will be made for the User to receive this confirmation message within 2-4 hours of sending the booking request.
2. The "User" is responsible for the accuracy of the information (contact details and transfer details) provided through the online reservation system. It is the responsibility of filling out the booking form correctly and checking the accuracy of the booking confirmation email.
3. The booking service offered by LINDOSTRANSFERS.COM is free for its users. The User (customer of the transport service) will have to pay 30% of the total price in advance by credit card and the balance to the vehicle transport service provider (driver) when he arrives at the destination in cash.
4. The User can change or cancel his/her reservation up to 72 hrs before, without any charge.
5. LINDOSTRANSFERS.COM cannot be held responsible for various unexpected events that may occur before or during your transportation (such as accidents, political events, roads blocked due to extreme natural phenomena, or other extreme events, driving, unexpected mechanical problems and failures of our vehicles, strikes declared by local Travel Associations, etc.) that will prevent us from providing our services as agreed. We also cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to late arrival at your destination.
In the event of unforeseen events, we will immediately notify you of our inability to provide you with our services and will provide you with all possible information to help you find alternative modes of transport.
6. If there is a delay on luggage pick up or flight delay please contact us.
In case of no show up to 60 minutes or no contact there is no refund.
All prices are inclusive of (VAT 13%).
Prices include fuel and vehicle fees.
Prices quoted for all Transfers are in Euros.
