Please read the Booking Conditions below carefully before using our services.
All rental orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your departure. Booking requests made in less than 48 hours cannot be confirmed, as they usually take up to 48 hours to process.
The booking will be considered accepted once we have received the necessary payment and sent you a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
You are responsible for representing and warranting to us that the information you provide to us while using the Service will be true, accurate and complete. We will not be liable to you for any incorrect information you provide.
We will make every effort to have the vehicle requested in the reservation for your trip, although we cannot guarantee the make and model. Where this is not possible, we will make every effort to provide you with a vehicle which is of the same standard as the vehicle requested during a booking.
The applicable price of any service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your order. The price of any service on our website may change before you place an order, so your order price should first be validated as part of the booking acceptance process by us.
We will send you a confirmation text email with your booking details to the email address and telephone number provided during the booking process and receive payment for the booking.
We will make sure to send an email containing your emergency contact details no later than 24 hours before your pickup time.
The customer must ensure that the size of the vehicle meets the baggage requirements of the passengers.
Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with infants (0-2 years old), pets (dog-cat) or bulky luggage.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed for travel with the Carrier, all tolls, taxes and charges are included in the price quoted on the Website and shown on the booking.
Any additional tolls, bridge payments, ferry tickets, taxes or other services required as a result of changes to the trip must be paid by you, as applicable.
You may also be charged extra if changes are made to your trip after passengers have already been picked up by the driver. This additional fee will be agreed with the bus driver after informing our company in advance and will be paid to the driver at the time of pickup. The driver reserves the full right to refuse any unreasonable requests to change the trip, and we will have no liability to you if you make changes to the trip that are not acceptable to the driver or our company has not been informed first.
Extra charge of 10% of the total price/hour for night bus and driver employment (22.00–06.00)
Your account will not be charged once we receive your reservation.
We will receive your payment once we confirm your booking.
You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
CANCEL A RESERVATION
For whole day or multi-day rentals
No cancellation fees up to 10 days before departure, the deposit will be refunded.
50% of the deposit if there is a cancellation from 10 to 7 days before departure
70% of the deposit if there is a cancellation from 7 to 3 days before departure
100% of the deposit if canceled 48 hours or less before departure
For Transfers (one way transfer within area of Attica)
For one-way transfer reservations (transfer) on a specific day and time within the prefecture of Attica, there are no cancellation fees up to 48 hours before the service. Cancellations between 48 hours and the designated pick-up time, you are not entitled to a refund and the rental amount you have paid is retained in its entirety.

CDL TOUR LTD cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any extraordinary circumstances arising due to external circumstances or force majeure before or during the travel service you have chosen. Such circumstances may include e.g. government decisions, natural disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents and related delays, police inspections, acts of vandalism or terrorism, protests and organized disturbances, closure or congestion of airports or ferry ports or other locations, cancellation or diversion of scheduled flights or other travel, traffic obstruction, unforeseen road hazards as well as other events beyond the control of the vehicle rental company.
Amounts for any services such as theater tickets, boat transfers, meals, museum tickets, tour guide fees and accommodation reservations previously purchased by our office on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
In the event that an event of force majeure continues within 2 (two) business days from the time of receipt, we may terminate and withdraw the reservation by giving you at least 24 (twenty-four) hours notice and refunding all monies paid to our office in relation to detention before the event of force majeure.
In the event of vehicle breakdown or mechanical difficulties, it is our company's responsibility to make all necessary arrangements provided that it is safe and feasible to continue with the same vehicle or replace it with another to ensure that the journey completed as soon as possible.
Any additional charges incurred as a result of any special requirements or itineraries will be communicated to you by the Office and paid to the driver at the end of the trip.
